Track and Field Week

It has definately been a busy week! Both the boys are competing in Track n' Field. We have finished highjump, 1000m, and triple jump...today we are off to long jump, and tomorrow 100m and 400m

Mr C placed 8th in the district for highjump


Mr L placed 9th in Triple... not bad considering he had no practice.





And C placed 10th in 1000m... he said on the last lap... he counted how many boys were in front of him, he was in 11th and knew he had to place 10th to get a ribbon. So after the last corner he turned it up a notch and scooped this boy for the 10th place ribbon.... No competition in this house...haha





I'm really proud of both of them for doing their best! They made it too the finals and that is a feat in itself! Good Job!!
