I forgot to take pictures of all the pumpkins, I thought Jason would like this. C has added this photo to the GNG group on FB. Kinda funny. I forgot to take pictures of C in his costume, and L has the flu, he is not feeling well and he doesn't dress up.
We did go to the fireworks last night. These were taken from the golf course. You brought a donation for the food bank, and you got to have hotdogs and hot chocolate . The view from the 2nd green was pretty good.
The fireworks only lasted for about 10 minutes, but they were pretty. There were a few people at the golf course who were enjoying a few drinks. Did the guy standing 15 feet away think that I didn't know he was taking a pee on the grass...made me laugh...redneck!
I like that you can see the lights in town ... The overlander hotel, the Chevron and the Mall. Much prettier than in the daytime. I'm pleased with these...I haven't done night shots like this before .
So today was the first day of Zones for L's soccer with the senior team. He played both games ...and now he is suffering ...he is sick!! He will not play tomorrow, and I'm keeping him home. He scored the first goal in the 2nd game, and tried really hard, but we could tell that he wasn't up to par... poor guy, even he knows that he can't play tomorrow. I think the rest will be the best for him and lots of fluids. Will load up some pictures of the games tomorrow

You're right... the city lights add some extra sparkle to these... not that they needed it! Great job... you'd never know it was your first time at this! Hope L gets better quick! Chad is down with the flu too! Poor guys!
Nice night shots! Those fireworks are gorgeous. Hope L gets well soon. Our son D just got over H1N1; I couldn't even take care of him >:( for fear of bringing germs home to Rick.
