A Geo walk

On Rememberance Day...we went out to horsefly to find a few caches...four of them actually. We arrived at the provincial park, parked at the locked gate and walked in. A little bit of snow, it was a cool crisp day. The boys had a quick game of tether ball. If you ingnore the winter coats, boots, mitts and hats...you would swear it was white sand! Ok ..maybe not, but we can dream..haha
This was the view down the lake...it was perfectly calm. Made for great reflections.
I made Mike pose for this. Nothing like being in the middle of the forest and having to make a call. I guess his cell was out of range! haha
And looking down the lake in the other direction. You would never know that the lake is as cold as ice.
Ahh winter is apon us!
We walked up the trail to the view point, and saw a cow moose in the lake, bet that was cold. And Chloe had a hoot, no leash running in the bush. I will post more photos later. It was a good day
