A Sunday Drive

A nice day to go look for some caches, this is down on Hickling Road, which took us to Sucker Lake...Yep, I've never heard of it either...so we drove the minivan down this dirt road full of mud holes..(Mike is washing my van , or else). Most of the leaves are done , but there are a few still hanging on.

And some poplars that have lost there summer coats. The sun is warm but the air is cool. The bright blue sky yesterday was amazing.

And since it's Thanks Giving... this is what I am thankful for....M, L and C! I am so lucky to have them.

There was no way that C would turn and face me....that's ok, I like shots like this the BEST.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all....Hope the Turkey dinner was as good as those Turkey sandwiches will be!! Yum!

Love your colors, Shan! Our trees now look like yours... almost bare! Sure was a quick show this fall. Love the shots of the family. The one of C... walking away... that's the same pose I get a lot of!! But like you... I love 'em, too!
