Pinwheels for Peace
On Friday , there was a field trip to City Hall. C's class all made PINWHEELS. They all wrote poems for peace....Today is international day of PEACE. So the class went to place all their pinwheels on the lawn of city hall for the entire town to see. Councillor Judy O'Neil was there on behalf of the mayor , and she read out a proclaimation , that the city would recognize "International Peace Day". Quite impressive for a bunch of 10/11 year olds ....Way to go!!
